We are a small team and we answer our own email. Whether you have a question about ingredients, an order that has not shown up, or a shop you would like to stock CMOSS Bars in, here is how to reach us.

Response time: We reply to every email within one business day. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.

If you are writing about an existing order, include your order number and we will be able to help you faster.

Order and shipping questions

Orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days and you will receive tracking by email as soon as the label prints. Shipping is free on orders over $50; below that it is calculated at checkout.

If something arrived damaged, or you simply did not like the taste, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. Email hello@cmossbar.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

Wholesale and retail

We work with gyms, health food stores, juice bars, cafes and corporate wellness programs. Email hello@cmossbar.com with the subject line "Wholesale" and tell us about your store, your location and roughly how much volume you are looking for. We will send pricing and minimums the same week.

For press enquiries, product samples, podcast appearances or collaboration requests, email hello@cmossbar.com with "Press" in the subject line.

Every bar is 28g and 110 calories, built on five real ingredients: organic dates, Manuka honey, organic coconut oil, organic chia seeds and wild-harvested Irish sea moss, delivering 92 trace minerals.
